Our 1-Bedroom Loft Suite unit has 1 king bed in a separate bedroom, 2 queen beds in the upstairs loft, 2 bathrooms, 1 full sofa bed, stone fireplace and quartz kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and espresso coffee maker. Access to the bedrooms requires use of a spiral staircase that may not be suited for the elderly or young children. This unit has a private balcony overlooking the Whistlepunk ski trail. Please ensure to reserve these in advance to enjoy a stay with your furry companion.
Dogs are only permitted in one of the property’s six dog-friendly units in the Corduroy Inn, with a maximum of two dogs per room. There are no pet-friendly rooms in the Corduroy Lodge. No pets other than dogs are permitted at the property. When making your reservation, please select “Dog-friendly” accommodations and add your dog to your reservation by leaving a note, calling the front desk at 304-572-5636, or emailing concierge@corduroyinn.com.
If you bring your dog to our dog-friendly unit for 4 nights or less, a $75 plus tax non-refundable dog cleaning fee per room per stay will be charged. For 5 nights or more, a $125 plus tax non-refundable dog cleaning fee per room per stay will be charged. To accommodate guests with severe allergies, we must charge a deep cleaning fee of $500 plus tax to any guest bringing a dog or animal into a non-dog-friendly unit and ask you to vacate the property. In this case, no refunds will be issued for the balance of the stay.

Some Key Things to remember on your trip:
● Pets must be on a leash and in your control at all times.
● Out of respect for other guests, we ask that your pet settles down by 8:30 p.m.
● If a pet is disturbing hotel guests due to barking, crying, or aggressive behavior, the hotel has the right to ask that the pet be taken off the property.
● Owners are responsible for retrieving any pet waste.
The hotel does not assume any liability for your pet’s actions while at the hotel. Guests traveling with their pets will be held responsible for any room or property damage caused by their pets. You will be solely responsible for repair and replacement costs for any property damage caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corduroy Inn & Lodge from and against liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs, and expenses relating to any property damage or personal injury caused by your pet.
