Appalachia Kitchen prides itself on providing farm-to-table modern American cuisine, supporting regional farms. Depending on the season, we source as many of our ingredients from small regional farms as possible. We look forward to serving the region's best food for your special day!

 

Appalachia Kitchen provides the food service for all Corduroy weddings. It is an internationally acclaimed restaurant by James Beard Semi-Finalist Chef Scott MacGregor. Onthesnow cited Appalachia Kitchen as “One of the Best Restaurants at Ski Resorts Around North America " in February 2023 and Reader’s Digest as “the best traditional restaurant in West Virginia " in February 2024. Appalachia Kitchen is a scratch kitchen, so everything is made in-house.
